Just released, Lop Nor is the latest fight map for SinglePlayer, COOP, and Conquest modes.
NOTICE: This is a preliminary version of Lop Nor but is fully functional. I have plans to further optimize the map over the Winter months by reducing the overall file size of the navmesh and several custom static objects. I have been running 42 bots during my testing and it runs fairly smooth.
The Lop Nor nuclear testing facility located in Northwest China has been undergoing massive upgrades and renovations. US forces are to secure the area south of the testing facility and eliminate Chinese air and ground forces stationed there. The terrain features several steep mountains and two lakes. Many tall wooden towers dot the landscape while stone and concrete pillboxes dominate the lakes.

The observation towers provide an excellent view of the battlefield and gives snipers a unfair advantage over the enemy. Several control points are located on the upper platform of these towers and infantry spawn points are located on the tower stairs and upper deck as well.
Numerous surface-to-air missile launchers are located on the battlefield with a few being found on top of the tall wooden towers.
Be ready to deploy your chute when spawning in, you may get a chance to float to your next objective. There are several control points that feature paratrooper spawn points.
Conquest Maps
There are three versions of Lop Nor available in Conquest mode if you want to upload this map to your server.
The Conquest_16 map is identical to our SinglePlayer_16 map and the Conquest_32 map is the same as our Coop_32 map. Please note that BF2 will display the wrong image during the loading process.
